  : Love the proximity of the beach and cleanliness of facility.
  : They were renovating the property and when I booked I paid extra for a balcony that I could sit on and see the beach from, I was given a room that I could not go out on the balcony because of the renovations. Was not pleased with the fact that sold a room they didn’t have. The property gave me free parking and waved the resort fee but it left a bad taste in my mouth. The receptionist was very off putting and even told me I should be able to go out on the balcony in the room he assigned. When I came to tell him that I was not able to he says oh I’ll just comp your parking and I asked to see if there was another room available and he said you can come talk to a manager if you want tomorrow… I didn’t want to spend my whole vacation in the lobby, so I just let it go. At check out I went to settle my charges and they initially left all the fees they told me they were going to take off. They did correct it but had I not gone to the desk that charge would have stayed. I have stayed here for about a decade and this was my first bad experience… I’m hopeful it was a one off and because of the renovations. Beyond that some elevators weren’t working and the ice machine was not working.
