: The room was clean. There was fresh linens provided. Had enough chairs on balcony.Washer and dryer in room. Convenient beach access.
: WELL LETS SAY THIS, DONT STAY AT THIS RESORT! LETS START WITH ,long lines always for the few elevators they have, the room occupancy is was too much for 4 elevators.The staff by the pool is so RUDE, the pools and hot tubs closes Everytime a breeze blew or rain farted, always different answers why, storm 10 miles out, or thundering across the bay, never know why other than they don't want to watch you enjoy your family vacation. Pool staff rudely always screaming at people " get off my pool deck" while it's made on concrete and not metal.Never any pool chairs available, unless you want to try to get a tan at 10 pm. Stairs to cross over to pools and lazy river we're taped off, not to cross, waterslide was only operational for 3 hours our first day of a arrival, while check in was extremely long, wasn't able to check in til exactly 4 pm. Not to mention how many cards you need to open doors or garage or room or amenities.smh.This room needs updated stove as two burners didn't work and oven is slow slow slow to heat up, and didn't have a pizza pan, or oven pan.And finally, THE TV'S IN THIS ROOM ARE A NIGHTMARE. They initially didn't work, we bought batteries to get them to change channels, but still issues and we contacted owner which stated you need to unplug cable in router to reset it, we had to do this numerous times, at least 15 times. Still never got the second bedroom tv working, as we had little kids who like cartoons at night. For 2800.00 I could've done way better, such a shame.Best solution STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESORT.
