: The main staff was great. The food, location, and overall facility was good. We really enjoyed the pool.
: Our Oceanfront room had A/C issues. They quickly moved us to a new room however there was not another Oceanfront available. We ended up with a partial view and no credit to the difference in price which was about $500. Which they noted they could not provide a credit because I used Booking.com. It did not impact our overall good time but I would like the credit for the cost difference. Manager was to call me, which has yet to happen.

: I liked that the hotel had access to the beach from the pool.
: I had purchased an oceanfront view. That’s not what I received. I had the view of the parking lot, which was so disappointing. When I tried to talk to staff about it, he said there was nothing that he could do because I booked it on Booking.com. Then proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t afford an ocean front by continuously telling me how expensive it was. I was so offended by staff. No one came and followed up with me on the issue. It was the worst experience ever in Daytona Beach, and I’ve stayed in Daytona Beach. I also arrived on Monday instead of Sunday and the hotel was not willing to work with me on extending a day or even a credit. This was by far the most disappointing stay in Daytona Beach.

: The size of the king studio was impressive. Plenty of room for our small family to be comfortable. Breakfast was good every morning and the staff members were all chatty and friendly:) Location was ideal for walking to and from restaurants and shops. And the sunrises over the Atlantic were breathtaking
: The pool was much smaller than pictures would lead you to believe. But it was still nice for our kids. It was, however, very dirty. There was also a "drunken straggler" who was able to just walk right up from the beach and hop in the spa pool. The staff handled it well, but some security at the beach gate (like key card access) would make sense and give traveling families some more sense of peace.

: Why be pet friendly/oceanfront if your pet can't go to the beach or Anywhere in the hotel except in the door and to the room and there's no place for them to even potty except for a little square of grass

: The room was nice and breakfast was good.
: check out could have been way better. Place says pet friendly so we took the (3 pups) dogs. upon check out the manager who is an older lady yelled across the lobby the we didn't have the 3 registered. when we in fact did since you have to fill out a form for them. Asked for rooms on he same floor and ended up 3 floors apart. house keeping manager I guess was also rude, she knocked on the door at 11 am asking when are you getting out as we were heading to the door.. the same lady also berated an employee in front of my husband because he helped her with the cart that had a broken wheel. this place had 3 elevators that you have to use the room card in order to operate and 1 was down. Elevator is small you can put the luggage cart and 2 people inside.
