  : I liked that there were several bathrooms and the pool was a good size. There were allot of towels. The place was very spacious and had an adequate amount of cookware and cutlery.
  : There were allot of water bugs and ants in the house. The outside pool area was very dirty and I had to clean as soon as we arrived to the house. The house decor and furniture was very outdated and didn't look like what was shown on the website. When going through the photos on the website we wanted for the three bedroom house there was also a pool table and a ping pong table which was not there when we arrived. We went the next morning to the management office they said we booked directly through the Dickersons home and we couldn't switch or get another house. I told them it was not the home were looking at on booking.com so there seems to be an issue there. The master bedroom TV was 13 inches and the cable or TV service didn't work in the master bedroom which was disappointing. Also there are no TV's in any other bedroom. The ice machine to the fridge was broken as well.

  : The location was perfect for going to all the attractions in Orlando. We enjoyed the pool because itwas very hot which is typical for Florida. Looking forward to visiting again.
  : The bed in the master bedroom was awful. There was a rod an inch from the top of the mattress.It was not very comfortable. They need to put an entirely new bed in the master bedroom!It would have been nice if the TV had ROKU instead of Spectrum.

  : The location was nice Is easy access to stores in Disney.
  : Half of our outlets didn't work dining room light didn't work dishes were nasty had to be rewashed before used pool took to long to Heat up so we paid the money for a heated pool and could only use it a couple days out of our entire stay.

  : We liked the pool and the backyard for the dogs. Also, we liked the location of the house.
  : We didn't like that there wasn't much service or wifi.and we didn't like that we couldn't change the air to what we wanted it to.

  : Nothing. Got to the home after 1am and found it full of roaches in the front 2 bedrooms and kitchen. Had to try and sleep in the living room. Called the office and were instructed to go there 1st thing in the morning. Did not get a refund for the remaining days we did not stay and although we had pictures and video of the roaches which the manager refused to see, he basically called me a liar and told me he sent pest control there the next day and they found no activity. I lost over $500, had to get 2 rooms at a hotel to accommodate my family. Horrible manager and experience. Never again and have told everyone never to utilize Sunsplash. Thank you for robbing my hard earned money and ruining our vacation.
