  : Everything, the carpet was filthy the sofas and chairs were old and uncomfortable. The bedding was old and worn as was all the furniture. It was too hot upstairs and they did not allow us to change the thermostat so we had to buy fans. The internet was horrible so slow and no cable so all you could watch was your own stuff like Netflix which meant you had to long into your accounts. Not enough paper goods were provided for you so you have to go out and buy trash bags paper towels etc. Location was bad too far from everything so everyday you are stuck in traffic at all times of day to get into the tourist areas. Then home is in a gated community with only one entry so everyone is trying to get in and out at the same times and you have to wait. We were very unhappy and would not recommend.
