: The location was good the whole set-up was nice
: I didn't like that I had no television I didn't like that I came home and there was a man standing in my kitchen and I was never told he was coming because I didn't know how to make the TV work are the dishwasher and the TV still didn't work and I feel it could also could be updated

: Nice Property, quiet location with easy parking only a short walk to resort clubhouse facilities
: resort club facilities closed too early daily and drinks were very expensive, Wonder Vacation Homes were slow to respond to the many issues we encountered. We booked a property with a pool and paid for heating of the pool but due to a known fault with the pool heater the pool was unusable. we had to ask for a refund for the cost of heating, we were offered no compensation for loss of use of the pool. The pool was the key to choosing the property, had we been told prior to arrival we would have demanded full refund and booked elsewhere. With the early closing time of the club facilities having your own pool area was essential and greatly missed. We encountered a number of issues including unchanged water filters, low battery alarms sounding through the night on smoke alarms and lights left on in out of bounds areas which shone into bedrooms. All were reported. Light was turned off after five days, smoke alarms x3 visited on 3rd day solution left without power and so no smoke protection for last part of our visit. Re the pool heating issue, Wonder Vacation Homes were evasive in their response to me I found out via just one of their operatives that the pool heater was known to be defective. I asked for compensation for the loss of the pool but they refused to discuss the matter insisting that the pool was provided. I would advise any travelers to avoid this company at all costs as they have no regard for their guests once they have their money.
