  : Cable service was garbage! Stop affiliation with Spectrum. No wifi either. And the sunken beds we had in our bedroom. Call us broken backs!

  : Roaches throughout the property exterminator came suppose to come back never did . Kitchen sink loose very little pots and pans. No wash rags she stated she will bring some never did. The roaches were our biggest issue they were in the bathroom Kitchen and bedroom plus sitting area and in the dishwasher. Propane tank empty so we could not bbq

  : The breakfast area was nice, we liked the house and the location as well. If the below issues are address we will rent again.
  : Main room bedding wasn't comfortable at all, the mattress was worn completely out, my wife and I developed back ache because of it, so we made pallette 9n the floor.The internet connection was unreliable, signal kept failingWasn't informed that part of the game room was in the garage without any ventilation, could not enjoy it. The rug in the living room was a hazard, everyone kept tripping on it because it was curled up. T.V's weren't user friendly, and there was no HDMI connections available. If management/ owner care about their guess these issues should be addressed immediately.

  : My whole stay the pool was supposed to be a heated pool it was never heated and I paid fir heated

  : Although the property advertised TVs in all bedrooms and den, only two TVs had cable/WiFi and worked. The living room and one master bedroom. A big inconvenience since after we all went to bed I was the only one able to watch TV out of 6 people.Also the lights went out 5 times so I had to reset the TVs back to what was being watched each time.We were constantly tripping over the rolled up frayed carpet in the livingroom. Also only four wash rags available.The master bedroom bed needs to be replaced. No box spring under worn mattress with large dentation on left side.Also the hospital bed and hospital shower bed in the other master bedroom needs so be replaced. Nobody wanted to sleep in a hospital bed.

  : The place was great the only issue we had was no service & no wifi so we couldn’t watch tv either . Next time we will need a bigger house .

  : My children enjoyed having a game room and access to pool and hot tub. The house sleeps 10 comfortably with plenty of space for a large family.
  : The pool was chilly despite paying extra to have it heated and it took awhile to get the hot tub up to temp. There was moisture coming down from the AC vent in ceiling outside of game room and my grand daughter slipped on the wet spot on floor, hitting her head. The downstairs master bedroom also has a leak in the ceiling of the shower area coming from 1 of the upstairs bathrooms.

  : Beautiful house and nicely appointed, however there were stacks of garbage outside the house, garbage pail filled with garbage by the pool! And out last night, after getting home from an evening out we returned to a house with NO water! I called the primary number provided three times before someone called me back! Even called the emergency number with no response, email with no response! Oh and the washing machine was full of dirty water! We had to pull water out of the pool just to flush the toilets! Gross!!!!!
