  : I've never received such terrible customer service in all my days. There's no number that's available to talk with anyone directly. It didn't take your company long to charge me when I asked about turning on the pool heater at $45 a day.. The accommodations were subpar as well. Even the cleaning that was supposed to be incredible due to covid and the extra cleaning charges was not up to standard. There were dirty walls, stained unkempt carpeting, and hair found in multiple bathrooms. Outside of the pool I wouldn't recommend staying here again. Its unacceptable especially when the renter does 90% of the housekeeping work. It cost our family nearly $600 dollars to stay here for two days and it wasn't up to par with many other cleaner rentals we've stayed at in the past. I'm still waiting for resolution on my $200 deposit refund as well.To Management there was not excess trash or a party we went there with my family of 4 with 2 kids under the age of 11. If anyone is thinking of staying here I would rethink it, these people are crooks and you will find a much nicer experience somewhere else. Nice try though to make up a story so you could steal my $200 deposit. The integrity and audacity of you people is despicable.
