  : Location
  : Trash from previous guests was left at doorstep entire stay. The only private bathroom was unusable because the toilet had come loose from flooring and the foundation has separated from the house, I could see the dirt ground by a 3 gap. I feel the home is unsafe, loft is severely bowing, probable foundation issues. Gas heater never worked and I had no assistance to rectify as phones do not work (even when connected to WiFi) and owner was out of the country with limited communication. We were terribly cold. The home needs a lot of attention. I paid a holiday premium for a home in dire need of a good cleaning and renovation. Beware.

  : The house and grounds were beautiful and very peaceful.
  : Some of the overhead lighting wasnt working at the switch or when we tried to plug the lamps in making the inside lighting low and the floors were uneven in multiple places making it difficult on my elderly mothers balance

  : No breakfast, it had a roof overhead. That was the most I liked about this rental.
  : No privacy for most guests, many of the things that are listed to use, and how arrival would be was incorrect. Hair between the sheets and on pillowcases, cobwebs everywhere, and 3 foreclosure notices taped to the door.
