  : We loved the location of Anchor Beach Inn it is within walking distances of one of the best beaches there. We very much enjoyed walking to the beach. That was the highlight of our stay enjoying the beach.
  : The check-in was terrible you have to use a kiosk machine (It's set up kinda like a zoom meeting). When I was trying to check-in and let them know we were gonna use our affirm account to pay for it they said no you must have a physical credit card and not an online account. The guy I was talking to in the kiosk machine did finally call an attendant lady down to help but she was even more rude the the machine. The whole staff here was rude to us. We arrived after 4:00 PM had 2 rooms reserved but only one was semi-clean the other would not be ready for another hour. We put all our stuff in one room then went an ate dinner, came back to another semi-clean room. I tried talking to 3 different housekeepers but none of them were polite or helpful. I will never stay there again. Location does not matter if the service is bad and the service here was beyond bad.

  : It would be nice if there was hot food to eat.and it would be nice if there were opt.for people that are diabetic for food and or snacks during the day to stop by and get. Thank you.
  : Snacks .and having some one there to take back my room key. Your kiosk did not answer when I needed to return my key I had to hunt down an employee to return my room keys.

  : This place is not nice. Everything is super run-down and super cheap. It might have been nice once upon a time, but it has not been kept up. It was one of the most expensive places I've stayed (I assume because there just aren't a lot of options) and also one of the worst places I've stayed. We didn't have another choice, so we made the best of it, but I'd recommend that you don't stay here unless there are no other choices. It's just not a nice place.
  : You feel like a criminal during the check-in process. I had to initial that I'd pay $5 each for the two key cards if they weren't returned. That was after initialing for like 10 other warnings. It was not welcoming at all. I mean c'mon, the plastic key cards? I payed $400 for one of the most run-down rooms I've ever stayed in and they are threatening me with a fine for key cards? The whole experience was gross.

  : Bathroom area was dirty, shower area had mold and mildew. Floors were very dirty. Looks like it was swept out to get large soil but has never had a mop used. Socks were black after a few steps. Extra charges to get handicapped accommodation seems illegal after requesting a handicapped room. After leaving, I should of had my deposit refunded but was fully charged the $100. I am waiting for this to be returned ASAP.
