: Nice beach!
: The company that administrate Hibuscus Resort put us in another appartment (H204) in the Resort without notifying us. The alterntive were much longer from the beach and the standard were lower than the appartment (H203) that we were supposed to stay in. No compensation were offered, when complaining to the office we were offered a compensation that only were 50% of the actuall price difference between the appartments. Had to complain to Booking.com to get a decent compenstaion and we finally only got compensated in level with the price difference between the appartments. Good support from Booking.com.(Also our first reservation at Hibiscus Resort 180 were cancelled, but that was made a couple of months before our arrival.)

: Being close to the beach was nice
: The room was disqusting. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned for awhile but was told it was as we had to wait for cleaning people before we could get in. Fans covered in dust, blinds missing and thrown on floor, food, a hairbrush and dirty underwear left under queen size bed, queen size bed had springs popping through (2 of us had to sleep on loveseats) because it was so bad, didnt have enough toiletries for 5 people and 4 days, didnt have enough towels or kitchen towels, no extra sheets or pillowcases, vents were black from dirt/mold, floors were so dirty your feet were black. Blow dryer didn't work. We wouldn't let kids on balcony as it was rotting and was rigged with a 2×4. Dishwasher wouldnt work/close and ice maker didnt work. Maintenance came and blamed us for it as he said they do an inspection after each group leaves. We stated we reported it immediately when we went into room. Not that texts or messages were answered. Office was closed all the time where you have to go to be inconvenience for everything even wristbands for pool. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN..NO ONE TOOK RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING AND NEVER OFFERED ANY REFUND OR AN IM SORRY!!! We cut our stay short as we couldn't put ourselves through it any longer.
