  : We liked the size of the place as is gave us plenty of room for a party of 7. The layout of the place was great as well. We really liked the wood burning stove and that the property was stocked with wood. Location was great for skiing at Wolf Creek.
  : We were extremely disappointed by the fact that the hot tub didn't work as advertised. Upon arrival, the hot tub had a livestock water tank heater in it, showing that the property was aware of the hot tub not working even before we arrived; however, we were not notified of that. Additionally, the electrical wire of the the livestock tank heater (which was keeping the water in the hot tub from freezing at 88F but not even near to hot tub temperature) was repaired with duct tape. This property did not seem concerned with the safety of it's guests to leave an unrepaired electrical cord so close to water or a livestock heater in the tub intended for people to be soaking in. If a location is advertised with a hot tub, it should work, and if it doesn't, we should not have to pay for it. We should have been notified ahead of time as the property was aware it wasn't working, otherwise the tank heater wouldn't have been there. The wifi service was horrible. This property was advertised as having wifi, and the instructions at the property said it was capable of simple wifi connections, however, we were unable to make a call over wifi calling to the property to inform them of the hot tub upon our arrival. If the advertised wifi cannot make a simple phonecall, perhaps a landline is necessary. We called Vacasa when we were away from the property. We were told we'd get a call back but never did. We were told a work order would be put in for the hot tub, but no follow through had happened when we called back the next day. Vacasa customer service was negligible. Don't plan on having wifi or cell service at this location.
