  : key for gate doesn't work very well, literally takes 10min to get in the gate. only one key so if group has different activities, you have to schedule around who has the key. room is much smaller than what is advertised and is nothing like what is shown in pictures. it is very small. smaller than some hotel rooms. sleeper sofa was unusable unless you like sleeping with a metal bar in your back. very dissatisfied and will never be stayed here again. iv been visiting corpus/padre for 8 years several times a year and this was the worst so far.

  : It was relatively quiet considering we were right next to the pool. The other guests seemed to abide by the rules and that was pleasant. It was a neat and clean space. We had almost everything we needed. I would've liked a small toaster oven since there isn't a regular one.
  : No water access. This was a fishing trip and I googled properties near Packary Channel. The site said we would be within walking distance of the channel and mentioned a fishing pier. Neither was true.

  : Rooms were clean. Plenty of extra linens and towels. great location- easy access to get around the island.Easy to access keys and get into room.
  : No A/C. Loft bedroom was extremely HOT!! Husband and I could not sleep up there. Had to sleep on the futon downstairs the first night. Turned wall unit down to try to cool off the loft. The Upstairs was not cool until the following night. Was able to sleep up there our second night with 3 fans on. Bed was extremely firm, but still better than another night on a futon.The Shower head was pretty low ( reached about 5 feet) My husband had to bend over completely to wash his hair. Not ideal for anyone taller.Could not access the balcony due to a family of pigeons and an egg nest. Inconvenient, But I would not wish anyone to disturb the nest of the little guys family.

  : Door lock didn't work couldn't get in. Place was dirty upon our arrival. Dish washer out of service. Awful experience. Was told free wifi but it didn't work. 206 natulis was disappointing will not return. Pigeons live and poop on balcony. It's was filthy.

  : Liked the pool and hot tub.
  : It was very old and run down. It smelled moldy and there was hair everywhere including inside the refrigerator. The TV barely worked and went out several times. I didn’t want to use the patio but if I had it wouldn’t have been possible since it’s home to pigeons and multiple nests.

  : There was no breakfast. The best thing about this place was the location.
  : I ordered a pizza, and held the gate open temporarily with the rock so that I didn't have to Fumble with the key in order to get back in. I was standing a foot from the gate. Someone reported me to the HOA and they were trying to fine me $100 for it. I had a dispute with Vacasa who had to review the footage to see that I was being honest. It seems as though they will do anything to report you to get a fine paid. The place was very dirty especially our room. The balcony was covered in pigeon poop and there was a pigeon nest with two eggs in it. The track of the sliding glass door was loaded with mouse feces. The countertop in the kitchen was falling apart and the place smelled very nasty. The dishwasher didn't even work. It was a nice layout but it was not very clean and welcoming. I would never stay here again no recommend anyone else does.
