  : Location, as I needed a place to stop and rest on a long trip. Relatively large room , well appointed.
  : although the place seemed to have been newly renovated, the refrigerator in my room was out of order. Why not replace it instead of just putting a sign on it? Supply chain? Maybe. Also, the signage on the building, South Tower, wasn't specified in my reservation, only that it was 'The Inn.' It was confusing.

  : the decor, stark, very few decorations. Lots of white, silver and grey. Looked like a convention center, not a home away from home. The southwestern theme is totally gone. Good location, no personality.

  : Room was clean, AC worked well.
  : First, no k-cups in the room for the Keurig machine. When I asked they said the hotel ran out, none available. Was told I would have to come down stairs and get some from the front desk from the airpot. Went down next morning from 3rd floor and no coffed at the desk, they had run out. The shower was only luke warm, would not get hot. Huge King size bed with two tiny pillows. Food in the casino was horrible. Ordered two Chinese dishes. The orange chicken was way over cooked, hard as a rock. The fried rice was mush. The noodle bowl even worse. Noodles were more like spagetti and there was a full size uncut pork chop in the bowl that I could nut cut through it was so tough. The hotel has no signs pointing to where you register for your room so you end up walking in circles, over a block, to find the front desk. The vending machine outside the room was completely empty. When checking out the front desk clerk would not even look up. After standing at the desk for several minutes I finally spoke up and said I was checking out and needed a receipt for my employer. She said she couldn't give me a receipt because the printer had been broken for the last two days. Lastly, the slots were the tightest I have ever encountered in a casino. Absolutely the worst and I have visited over a hundred casinos.

  : elevators didn't work and on third floor.

  : Nothing. Worst treatment I've had there, staff and security were rude, phones are never answered and obviously they have a management problem.
  : Every, right down to we left drove another hour tired, hungry and very disappointed.
