  : Breakfast was awesome. The breakfast staff was friendly. There was a new employee training at breakfast in training. She had an exceptional attitude. All of front office was friendly. Staff member I recall his name, Chris seemed to go out of his way to be friendly. Also, manager Philip was friendly.
  : The beds and pillows were not that comfortable. My room was cleaned probably twice the four days I was there. Someone who stayed there must have had dogs because since I slept in bed I was getting small bites maybe like possibly lice. I called to complain to management. Never heard back or offered compensation of any kind for this inconvenience. I went to CVS to purchase something for lice/bed bites or whatever it was. This was disappointing . Location was odd, but close to many surrounding businesses. I probably would not return do the situation with beds and bites.

  : Staff was super helpful and nice when we arrived.
  : The handicap room didn’t have a working properly air conditioner. It would not stay on and it only worked when set in 61 degrees some. The staff had to come and get it to turn on in the middle of the Night. The room keys didn’t work properly and staff had to come help in the early morning. Not enough people helping with the phones when we tried to call to handle issues with our reservation.
