  : Love the unique rooms and space. The vintage vibe and the basement with the games and kitchen is GREAT

  : The location was excellent! Exactly what we were looking for. The hotel was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable - we all slept well. It had what we needed for a decent price (compared to other hotels). The staff were nice and helpful.
  : The extra fees nearly doubled the cost of the stay, but the overall price was still okay. We checked out today, so are waiting to get the security deposit back. There weren’t a lot of frills, but we didn’t spend tons of time at the hotel anyway, and it had what we needed.

Disappointing

  : The design. Filtered water, coffee and tea 24/7. The location a bit aside from the city center but still near the train station.
  : I am very disappointed because I was expecting a 335$ bill, but the hotel charged me 378$ and twice!!! I had to call the bank to cancel one, and this is the 1st time when it happens to me. I have been to 33 countries and this is the 1st time!!! Its the first time when I write a review because I feel like the fooled me. And Booking.com said that this is against their policy but they didn't do nothing to make a refund. And with the mandatory fee of almost 50$ a day for things I couldn't use: it was supposed to get 6 bottles/cans of water and soda, and the two nights I spent there they was run of bottled water and I don't drink soda. The second thing that you have a restaurant gift certificate for each night 25$, BUT you have to buy each certificate for 10$, and your bill has to be more than 50$ and there is not a lot of options near you, and if you are alone you won't spend 50$ in a restaurant for a meal (in my case). The city pass, yeah you can buy it for the same price at their website, you don't have to pay 50$ to get this opportunity.

  : Being told it was $266 extra for fees because I am not a member of their business. Ladies were extremely rude and even after a call was made from booking.com to make sure prices were upheld, they weren't.

  : I was charged a cleaning fee for having a cut on my finger that bled and throwing away the bandaid in the trashcan. I usually stay in this hotel when I come to town, but I will not be doing so again.
