  : hard to find because it behind a kfc and a wing spot, pool was not clean had no breakfast bar just gave a bag with yogurt. The floor from the window to the vent was wet and walls are really thin you can hear everything.

  : Only stayed 1 night but room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great for the airport, with several gas stations between hotel and airport to fill up hire car before return. Downtown Charlotte is only a short drive away.
  : Breakfast was pretty poor - still using disposable cutlery and plates and using the Covid excuse is a bit lame at this stage and id expect better for a Sheraton.

  : The hotel has good parking and is ideal for visiting Charlotte, but leave the car at the hotel and use the tram (blue line). It runs from across the road at the hotel and takes you into the centre of Charlotte for $4.40 return, it’s one line you can hop on and off it’s so easy and they run often. Be sure to stop off at the Sycamore Brewery for food and drink. Nice hotel and great place to stay.

  : It was close to the airport.
  : There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. The pool was not functioning. Many of the amenities they claimed were available, were not. I wouldn't stay there again and if I did it should be much cheaper than it was.

  : location and over all feel of the property was nice. we were in town for a concert
  : the staff was preoccupied with their own conversations and stories. Only one staff member greeted us the whole trip. The ceiling was stained with water stains

  : It was ok as the elevator has a bit of an order. The rooms need an bit of updating.
  : the room was very big great for my family. Coming from NY hotels which are smaller this was luxury. I like that it had a septate bedroom and a living room and small kitchen area. Bathroom good, but old with a separate powder room. this works for me because when someone is in the shower you can do your hair or whatever without interruption.

  : Good location.. comfy bed. Scale of 1-10 the cleanliness of room was a 7.5
  : UPON MY ARRIVALDidnt feel overly welcome as a GUEST SHOULD FEEL....I didn't get a "hello welcome!!!!" There was no convo....no describing where things were...I had to ask. My CHECKOUT WAS A DISCUSTING experience. The black young girl with blue hair gave me a nasty unpleasant look as I got off of elevator, diid not speak to me as I approached desk to turn in key card, didn't ask about my stay ...she looked tired from the night before and neither front desk worker at check in or out looked tidy and professional enough. Main point-blue haired girl should NOT be running anyone's desk....or anything else ( front line).I have hotel experience and over 20 years of cust. Serv ..I have written over 100 reviews for Google and am a Gold member thru Booking.com so I am keen to the way these processes work.
