  : Not much.
  : We arrived at noon and asked if we could check in earlier. The front desk clerk responded in a very unfriendly manner with a “No, check in is at four” When we asked if she could let us know if a room became available earlier, she told us to call the front desk later. We decided to seat in the lobby and wait. While we were at the lobby the clerk and another employee kept just talking about non work related things and laughing… not very good optics at the front desk! This happened between noon and probably 1:30pm - it should be on camera! Finally I approached the desk and asked if any rooms had become ready and the first words out of her mouth was again NO. When I asked if an upgraded room was available she answered that it would be more expensive. First that was not my question and second that room had been available all the time. We are retired and travel a lot - we spend 90 to 115 nights a year in hotels, and in general well trained staff never acts this poorly. Take this as learning opportunity.
