  : I loved opening the door to the patio and hearing the waves, feeling the wind, it was cold, but I enjoyed the stay, getting out of the smoke filled valley where we live, it was a very nice holiday.
  : Well my family was not happy that the TVs would not work. They tried to fix them, but no go, the Lady said she would bring her son back with her the next night, she never showed up, so no watching TV. I wish the stairs would have been noted that it was up stairs, the stairs with older people and shortness of breath, I almost did not make it out on time. Two flights of stairs, on any outing was challenging.

  : It had a kitchen. We brought things to make our breakfast. We were happy about being able to do this. We were right on the beach. We were very happy with the location.
  : They could have provided soap upstairs to wash our hands and soap to bath.

  : The location is exceptional. The ocean view from the living room and deck was just what we were looking for.
  : The property is a little dated. But the cost, location, and spaciousness out weight the dated carpet.

  : The view is AMAZING as well as the location to everything! The price was great for how long we stayed and the location and view alone. The size of the condo worked for our large family with enough room for everyone to not feel on top of one another.

  : I liked that it was so close to the beach n stores.
  : There was several things wrong. Alit of black ants, stove outlet didn't work, light on vent didn't work, coffee pot super dirty n leaked water, cooking utensils n cookware was dirty, TV didn't work in bedroom, toaster didn't work, not enough toilet paper for 6 people (we had to buy some).

  : - Awesome views- very comfortable large sofa with ocean view- balcony- cleanliness- lots of equipment in the kitchen- two bedrooms, one with two beds - great with children- two bathrooms
  : - There was a very tiny filter coffee machine with no filters provided and the filters couldn't be bought in Cayucos- There was no soap for the dishwasher and it couldn't be bought in Cayucos (tried 4 shops)- Dirty cups in the cupboard because the dishwasher did not do a good job (even with soap ;-) )- There were only 3 big towels for 4 people (found some later in a drawer in a bedroom)- There were a lot of ants in the kitchen interested in our food- I sent an email about all this on our first day and we didn't hear back for days (then someone actually showed up with another coffee machine and coffee)- Kitchen, bathrooms, and some of the furniture were really outdated.The condo was really nice and comfy with great views. But I do not want to chase coffee filters and dishwasher soap in my vacation when I pay more than 400$ per night!

  : The facility was mismatched,old and uncomfortable. The cost was extremely high for the old funishings and mismatched dishes and furniture. Also the toilet clogged two times and there was an unpleasant odor throughout.
