: Easy to arrive and key box was so easy! Beautiful cottage on a quiet street near everything! Beach, Ecola Park, town and shops. Well stocked kitchen, we cooked 3 of the 4 nights. Adorable and homey! Lots of extra blankets and towels. Washer and dryer are a plus!
: Not much toilet paper, no tissues, toaster didnt work and front right burner didnt either. Trash can was full and we worried about raccoons. It would be interesting to know more about the history of the house. .

: The downstairs bathtub/shower in this house is very dangerous. Hard to get in and out of - no guard rails. Poor design of the tub making it hard to crawl out. An accident waiting to happen. I would suggest a new bath fitter shower before someone slips and gets hurt. Two of the burners on the kitchen stove did not work.

: Location , kitchen hard everything to cook with.
: Dirty, run down, hated the bathrooms. i felt like I was camping. It is definitely unkempt, run down stinks it smell like a animal died under the house. We bought candles to help it be livable.

: Cute house with great dcor. Close to town. Left something behind and had to go back. Local support staff was VERY helpful and communicative!
: The extra fees charged on top of the rental price quoted were exorbitant and felt like a bait and switch. In my opinion, it would be better to advertise a higher rental fee and lower fees. I completely understand a cleaning fee, but 20% for whatever advertising and admin? I thought I was signing up for 418/night and ended up having a final bill over $1300--and with a 10 AM check-out on Sunday...that's what gave me buyer's remorse. The bad news is that the homeowner doesn't get the profit on those extra fees.
