  : Room wasn't filthy, just not maintained - and could use a deep cleaning. You think for the price charged they could do a little maintenance...
  : Duct tape on inside of door (holding batteries for key card reader). Toilet made screaming noise for a full 20 seconds after flushing and apparently when other rooms flushed as well. See video https://youtu.be/6wgX-6LtTTQ Shower had no spray- water just came straight down, had to put head against the wall to wash hair. Also had to give a $10 cash deposit (refundable) for tv remote and key card. Room was over $125 and I didnt even get a full roll of toilet paper!

  : Location is fine and conveniently located in Burbank.
  : Smallest parking lot I've ever seen. They advertise free onsite parking, but the spaces are sized more like for shopping carts than cars. When I got back to the motel at midnight there were none I could squeeze into. Ridiculous. TV did not work at all.The room was clean but as drab and ugly as could be.

  : Key card reader for room door was broken. They couldn't find my reservation. The floor of the room was covered in food crumbs, tree nuts, and sand. AND, no hot water. Just shockingly bad all around.
