  : My stay was interrupted because of COVID. The service promised a refund. I haven't received them until today. I had to look for a new hotel immediately. Some insects bit me at night several times. I will demand compensation.

  : The bathroom didn't have no water stink tub nor toilet I didn't take a shower I had a very bad smell to it I tried to go to the front office and call me but nobody never came to the front desk after me get out of my room or pick up the phone

  : My last stay here was very unpleasant, not clean, and unprofessional. First, they were not ready to check anyone in at 3pm. A lot of people were just in the lobby waiting for a long time. Then, my first room smelled of cigarette smoke, it looked like there was blood all over the wall and the linen was dirty. My fiance and I got our room switched. The next room appeared to be cleaner due to the smell and looks. I immediately got in the shower to start our day. As I'm in the shower a cockroach is crawling on the shower curtain! The older Gentlemen at the front desk was extremely rude and nasty with us, didn't want to give us a refund, refused to give us his boss contact information. We had to ask a housekeeper for their bosses number. Their boss kept us on the phone for an hour, giving us a run around regarding our refund. Eventually, they gave us our money back in cash and we left. NEVER AGAIN!
