: The bed its self was mainly comfortable.
: The manager checking us in was less than friendly. Telling us “it was a good thing” we showed up when we did otherwise she was going to give our room to someone else. Even though I had specified we wouldn’t be checking in until between 8pm and 9pm since we had a baseball tournament. Our room was unlocked/open when we arrived. Just overall an unsettling feeling. Our room had an overwhelming scent of room spray, to the point our clothes smelled of this after leaving the room. When we got to breakfast at 8:45 am (on a Sat so it was available until 10) the pancake machine was not working and the same manager just said “oh, I thought I fixed it” and then apologized. There was no oatmeal and when I asked if they would be bringing out more I was handed instant packets for me to make using the hot water…All of the trash cans in the outdoor space were overflowing. It was not worth the price we paid.

: The breakfast was just okay. The turkey sausage was rubbery, and the omelet lacked flavor. The location is great and very close to where my brother lives. Plenty of restaurants available in the area.
: While using the restroom upon arriving in my room, I happened to glance over and noticed that the drain seemed to be very rusty OR was that a big wad of dark black hair? Well, it was a large wad of long dark hair. So, whomever cleaned room 321 on the day of Sunday the 21st of July did a poor job. I removed the hair myself instead of calling housekeeping. I made sure to clean the drain before I left the room on Tuesday!

: Bugs in the pool room, dead on the floor for two days. Never was cleaned. Room looked like it could have used more detailed vacuuming. Crumbles of drywall and paint in the corners. Room smelled "moist", and I found hair in the bed sheets. The waste basket had sludge in the bottom of it that hadn't been cleaned out. It had a fresh bag waiting for us though.
