  : This was by far the WORST rental that I have ever rented! Filthy, appliances didn't work. Base board heat was dissembled and a trip hazard. Refrigerator quit working, eggs, cheese, and milk got warm. Outlet for coffee pot didn't work. Rear curtain rod fell on my wife's head, totally poorly installed!! Toilet seat super loose. The noise coming from the upstairs guest was unbearable. Loud music playing, kids and dogs running like a herd of buffalos. Every flush from the toilet would pass through our unit very loud.

  : it was a nice place for a long weekend
  : It’s not really a ski in ski out. The directions for skiing back to the condo were too vague and we wasted an hour trying to walk around looking for it in our ski boots. You can’t ski out at all. You either walk a half mile to the lift or you take a bus.

  : The appartment was very spacious but everything turned for the worst the first night when we were ready to go to bed and I found a little bug running around in the sheets. When I went and uncover the rest of the bed there were bed bugs all over. I contacted the property manager but no luck it only had listed the third party VaCasa whom I ended up dealing with. When I talked to them they try and contact the property manager and told me they will call me back. A couple of hrs later almost 10:30 I called back and assured me they will try to make it right and try t ok relocate me and my family the next morning. Next morning came and I received an e mail from VaCasa and instead of dealing with the issue they just gave me a full refund. Now I have to find a new place to stay. Luckily the place next door had vacancies and we were able to get a small appartment for the rest of our trip.
