  : Nothing!!! The air conditioner didn't work well at all and was noisy!!! Two sleep ness nights!!! We all sweated. Manager placed a different unit (not new) in room. The new unit didn't work well either! The desk associate charged my debit card $162. for a roll away. Now I am in the process of getting my money back!!! Both pools were closed. I took my grand kids there so they could swim. One of the worst motel stays ever!!!

  : A/C in room did not work, both pools were closed “for maintenance…” Front desk staff not friendly at all. Acted like she didn’t care. When acted for a new room she stated none were available in acceptable shape. There’s a ton of vacant rooms, most they are using to move parts and repair other rooms.

  : We had to move rooms three times because we didn’t have working air conditioning in our original room. We checked in around 10pm and weren’t even in a room with air until after 1am. Even then, it wasn’t working. The next morning someone checked in due to my request, they didn’t even keep track of it. At once point, they sent us to a room that was occupied. HOW does this even happen? Both pools were closed and the reason we stay here is because we love their pools so that was disappointing. We have stayed here for years, but we won’t ever come back. It was such a poor trip and ended up being a disaster because we were hot and tired. Much less, when I went to the office to ask about discounted our room due to the ridiculousness, the lady at the desk said they don’t do that. WHAT? I was so disappointed as this hotel has been going downhill the last few years but this was above and beyond.
