: The room was ok, not the cleanest, the air conditioner was way loud ended up turning it off. However the noice above me was ridiculous. They were up all night making noise, sounded like a wrestling match at different times. Lots of walking around, loud voices, dropping items on the floor etc!!! I called the front desk and she went up there three times I know of. Finally at 4:00 am I was able to get about 3 hours of sleep. Price is ridiculous for this room, not worth the money. Location not good.
  : No noise!!! Cleaner!

Disappointing

: Smelled downstairs like it had flooded
: Upstairs people woke me up at 5am and were super noisy

: The location was good. The price was fair.
: Our room was very outdated, quite dirty, many items broken or in need of repair. Based upon condition & cleanliness of room we would not eat the free bfast & left a day early ☹️

: The morning desk clerk was not rude.
: Run down and shabby, room and furnishings had a bad odor. Noise was ceaseless and prevented any semblance of rest. Traveling with service dog and having a disability, there were m, as the clerk stated, "stairs to get to any room" and, therefore no carts. Lots of litter. Appears to be a long term lodge for workers (many migrant workers) so lots of grilling in parking lot, clothes and belongings out airing, people sitting and dozing in cars, cigarette butts all over, people standing outside my window talking for hours and no respite so when trying to reach staff... scary situation for a single woman traveling. It looks like and felt like a fire trap. Homeless camp about 1-2 blocks away and at least 10 RV/travel trailers in road being lived in (not vacationing) At best, it is a "motel," certainly not a hotel. If Wyndham does not respond appropriately, i will be filing complaints with the DOJ Civil Rights Dept to address noncompliance with ADA. It would have been more comfortable and safe to have slept in my vehicle in the parking lot of another hotel and/or park.
