Very Good
Traveller Type:
: Amazing location and budget friendly We would stay again.
: Lack of living area seating, only one sofa. Overall condition of the property needed updating and maintenance.

Very Poor
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Location
: Carpets in bedrooms were filthy, heavily soiled and stained. Totally unacceptable. Poor response from Maverick Suites. No compensation provided despite photos and video evidence provided. Very poor customer service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING PROPERTY BY MAVERICK SUITES!

: Awesome location in Back Bay.
: Dated. Rugs are old and dingy. Bathroom has missing tiles and mildew. Not particularly clean.

Good
Traveller Type:
: Property was spacious. Beds were comfortable. The main area needing attention is that the carpets are dirty shabby with uneven surface which need to be replaced. The property has been receiving this feedback for at least 2 years. Its not cheap to rent so Im sure that sufficient income has been received to address this. It is constantly glossed over in response to the reviews. It would make such a difference as it currently portrays an impression of dirt. Also very difficult to manhandle suitcases on the stairs. Not being able to store luggage after checkout is also a negative.
  : Already mentioned above

Good

: The location and simplicity of it.
: The bedrooms could either use new carpet, tile or wood flooring. Also, the French doors in the downstairs room need to be fixed since they didn't really close. They also need new blinds. The bathroom should be redone as well.

: Good location. Walking distance from everything.
: Could use some renovation for the price paid.

Wonderful

: The location was great - we walked everywhere. We had a few questions but customer service was great - always got a prompt response.
: We knew it would be cramped for 5 but the main issue was that the bed settee was quite uncomfortable for two adults.
