  : My stay was great! The apartment is safe, well located and beautiful, like the photos. I really felt that I was home! Check in was done by Justin, who helped us a lot during our stay. The only complaint was that we forgot an object in the apartment and we never had an answer. I look forward to stay there again!

  : Communication about property was tricky knowing who to contact. Contact number had you text or email, had hard time getting check in instructions but finally did. Would be nice to have 2 towels per person when staying more than 3 days, there were no hand towels, did not have any dishwasher detergent, glad we didnt plan any cooking. Baseboards falling off in a few places and 1 towel rack broken in bathroom. Several pieces of vertical blinds missing in bedroom for privacy. But location was great, nice little market next door, was quite! Despite all of this I would stay again because it was nice having 2 bedrooms with our granddaughter and location was great!

  : The apartment is in a perfect location and was also very clean.
  : when we arrived (about 4pm) there were only two bath towels in the apartment (there were four of us staying) so I contacted Jake to ask for more towels and he said he would have them right over. I also noticed that there were no wash cloths or hand towels for the bath or kitchen and the only toilet paper was the partial roll that was on the holder (for four people for three nights) but not wanting to seem like we were complaining I just asked for wash cloths, toilet paper and two additional bath towels. It took until the afternoon of the next day for us to get the towels and we did not get any additional toilet paper. Lucky, there is a little grocery store next door so we stopped there for to buy toilet paper. The other big disappointment was that the air conditioner did not cool the apartments at all. we actually slept with the windows open two of the three nights because at least it let in a little breeze. There was also public parking available and very close. Other than not having towels, toilet paper and air conditioning the apartment was clean and in the PERFECT location for walking to everything!

  : Cant really say much about the property since I was informed 3 days before my Check-In Date that the accommodation is not available. I was informed that I would be relocated to a similar place. Unfortunately I didnt know where I would be staying up until I arrived in Boston which was far from ideal. In the end, Jon from the relocations team was able to book us into a hotel.
