  : Location; porch amenities conducive to group socialuzing; sleep accommodation in bedrooms with comfortable mattresses; plenty of comfortable pillows; plenty of utensils for eating and food prep plenty of recreational equipment; lots of dishes;
  : Lighting was terrible/way too dark in all rooms; All non-stick pans need to be replaced; Coffee pot missing filter insert so paper filters did not work, leaving coffee grains in coffee; Dusty mirrors; Toilet tank cover missing; Toilets stained, looked dirty; plates too big for the dishwasher; not enough water glasses/perhaps use Acrylic? Wifi weak; TV set-up in game 3room not conducive to group sharing; need large screen TV in larger common area;
