  : Check the water levels, we went on agoust en the river was dry, the cottage its nice and comfy for a small family
  : Need more ligths on the back of the patio and a decent bbq pit, need to clean all the spiderwebs

  : The floor and carpet on the porch (including chairs and table) were very dirty, the carpet in the house was a bit filthy and felt not very clean, the WiFi was super slow, one night we wanted to watch Netflix - impossible! loading for ever, two minutes of blurry film, loading for 5 minutes, three minutes of blurry film and so on. The internet is really bad. The cooking pans are old and overused, the kettle had a broken handle and couldnt be used. There should warmer bed covers. I was traveling with an older gentleman with circulation problems and he was freezing at night. The toilet paper holder almost came off, sitting very loosely in the wall.

  : There are some minor updates that could be done, the slider to the balcony is difficult to open/close and the osmosis water spigot wasnt pressurized so it didnt work properly

  : If we are responsible for washing dishes there were no dish towels. Cleaning fee too high for everything we were responsible for.

  : Location was great! It was quiet and peaceful, off the beaten path, away from the crowds of Blanco Market Days.
  : 1. No instructions on how to turn on the shower. Seventy year Old ladies do not take baths.2. There were only 1&1/2 rolls of toilet paper for five ladies for two nights. Rules said to buy more in town. We did!3. For hygiene sake, we would have liked to have seen mattress pads on the beds. 4. There were only four chairs on the deck and it was not clean. Screen door is hard to open/close.And, never go through Bookings.com to make the reservations. There was a problem, but Sara from HCPL handled it efficiently. Thank you Sara!
