  : Home was comfortable and clean, location is wonderful!!
  : Management has terrible service. I called two days before my stay to request late check out. Check in / check out hours are really limited - 4 pm & 10 am. Was told an email would be sent giving me that option. The email never arrived so I called the day of my check in to request it again and was told the cut off was 4 pm day of check in. It was 6 pm. I explained I tried to request it two days earlier but wasnt allowed because I was going to receive an email but that never came. He said no exceptions, I missed the 4 pm cut off. Would stay again if it wasnt for this poor service. Also price is misleading. Advertised as $79 but after fees and taxes ended up being $279 for 18 hours of rental!!!

  : Breathtaking view!! The house right next to the water! Kitchen was well equipped with pots, pens, plates, silverware, cups, etc.Electic fireplace. Hardwood floors. Decor is ocean theme.Quite and peaceful. We witnessed high and low tides, which is very unique!
  : Musty smell inside the house, especially the downstairs room; inner shower curtain was moldy, needs replacement, bbq equipment was rusty. Spiders!
