Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : Room was good. However the quest services were poor or actually NON EXISTENT
  : Gust Services. The young man who was there didnt seem to know what he was doing. Started he was from corporate office and none of the hotel employees were there. The Wi-Fi internet did not work - I went to office to complain - it was Closed - door locked with a note taped to it that someone should be there in 15 minutes. There we two couples waiting to check - they both left and indicted they would be contacting Booking about the situation. We had to use our personal hot spot for internet. Plus when we left on Saturday morning office was still locked. We access the office area with our key - left our room key with a post it note stating room number and time we left hotel (6:00am). We will NEVER stay in a Sonesta ES because of this experience. Plus I received a bill indicating only a $0 balance. No entry explaining what had been charged. One other note thre was supposed to be a breakfast provided- DID NOT EXIST AREA WAS DARK! Based on these items our night should have been comped or at least reduced for non existent services.

  : The roaches roaches was over our food the moment we turned our back. We couldnt check out because they have no staff overnight.
