: I enjoyed the location and that the property and home had no steps, totally fenced in yard.
: Very dusty furniture, bathroom tub walls and bathroom shelves were dirty. Past guest soap and shower stuff left behind which makes me feel like staff did not clean shower appropriately. Outside BBQ grill was dirty and we had to clean it before we used it. Things are not maintained so when we arrived we had to call to get thermostat changed, and shower hand nozzle had loads of calcium in it clogging water stream had to be totally replaced. Cool Cabin staff did come right away to replace both items so that was awesome. But cleaning staff should check those things prior to guests arrivals. There is not Air Conditioning at property and we called Cool Cabins to see if they had a mini lender A/C and they did not. So we were left to figure out how o cool off the cabin ourselves. I called ahead and inquired if they washed blankets due to COVID and was told they do not. So I had to bring my own blankets. Cleaning services should wash all bedding including blankets for new guests.

: The cabin was just like the pictures portrayed! It has a modern industrial cabin feel. There was plenty of room and storage, dishes, pots, and pans for our family of 4. We loved the place and large deck with bbq!
: It is closer to a street that's not very busy, but busy nonetheless. The ID check in the office seems over the top, since you must provide one before check in online also. The view in the backyard of the other yards/ camp made it a bit less private mountain retreat feeling.
