: The home was infested with bedbugs. Me and my child sustained painful itchy bites all over our bodies. We had to leave at 2AM our first night there. Vacasa property management company was unhelpful when I requested they pay for my displacement and subsequent money lost on activities we were unable to attend the next morning due to spending our time disinfecting our belongings.

: The heating system was extremely noisy forced hot air and periodically the duct system would bang so loud it sound like a small explosion. Also there was no remote for the gas fireplace.

: We appreciated how clean it was... and also that the beds were quite comfortable. There were only two of us, so we each had our own room and bath; but it would have worked well for a family with kids who would have loved the spiral stairway to the loft. ( I'm too old to even consider going up there!)
: There wasn't enough light in the upstairs bedroom or the living room...I actually turned on my cell phone flashlight to find something in my bedroom!

: House heat wasnt on when we arrived. Fireplace w poor instructions. Kitchen dishes old and discussed. The stairs to second floor room not safe at all. We had to turn off heat overnight because of noises... we couldnt sleep at all. Shower head too short and shower stall was discussed too w 2 plastic rugs that should be trashed
