  : DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 201When we arrived we were initially put into room 215. After getting settled in we noticed there were stains all over the bed sheets and comforter. We did request new linens from the front desk and they ended up moving us to room 201DO NOT STAY IN THIS ROOMupon entering the room there was a very foul smell coming from the king size room. It smelled like mildew and mold. It was hard to sleep due to the smell and my 3 year old daghter woke up very sick in the middle of the night. We ended up finding what we believe was mold inside the both AC units in the room. We did mention it to the front desk and the person working told us the entire upstairs had been redone & there was in fact mold prior to the remodel but all they did was put up new wallpaper This hotel needs to be shut down and the health department needs to take a visit. Save your money and go somewhere else!

  : Proximity to event I was attending. Female staff members were friendly and helpful. The male staff member I encountered lied about the ability to provide a military discount.
  : Dated. The room and facilities were pitiful. Most of the amenities were broken. Missing a doorknob to the bedroom inside the hotel. One bathroom door wouldn’t even open or close due to floor issues. The sheets were dirty/used on the sleeper sofa. The air conditioning units barely seemed to cool at all. One staff member told me he couldn’t provide a military discount because he already charged me for the room, but another staff member stated he could have. She said she’d get the difference refunded but haven’t received it to know for sure if she did or not. Literally the only nice thing about our stay there was its location.

  : I live in a mobile home near the lake. I stayed at the hotel to have better shelter from the storms (possible tornados). I called front desk to ask if there was a channel I could view the weather on and she said no. After flipping through hundreds of channels, I found AccuWeather. I feel like that's information she should be able to offer.There was an overwhelming smell of musty perfume or air freshener in my room that gave me a headache. I had to go outside a few times to get fresh air.The walls were paper thin and I could hear the people talking and laughing in the room next to me my entire time there. I left at 12:30 AM and didn't even stay the night due to the smell and noise.
