  : pool table, beautiful view, dogs allowed.
  : no hot tub, which was the main reason for the rental. The pool table was a huge plus as well however it is extremely unleveled and should be taken care of.

  : Million dollar view, excellent entertaining space, plenty of seating for numerous people with plenty of rooms & bathrooms to remain private. We did get a call from a gentleman halfway through our visit to ensure we were having a good time. I did address all the below cons with him.
  : House was fairly dirty. A lot of dust coated lighting fixtures & floors. Hot tub was cloudy, dirty and had major leaking issues. Coffee maker started off not working. We were finally able to get it running after we cleaned out a good 1/2in layer of old coffee grounds inside the unit. Could not get the fireplaces working, or the TVs/stereo downstairs to turn on. Kitchen pots/pans/dishes/utensils all had to be re-washed prior to our group using them. Gas stove top had a few units that constantly clicked as if the gas knob wasn't turned just right. Couldn't use two of them.
