  : First off the location is in a great area, quiet neighborhood but felt like we were invading the neighborhood. Small dog next door wouldnt stop barking when let outside, despite the homeowner being aware of the issue. The low fence made it difficult to be in backyard when the dog needed to go out for a bit. However, the backyard is great for hanging out and having bbqs. Frustrating to be told that we couldnt use the hot tub after a certain time. However, the hot tub was fabulous! Not allowed to park on street when clearly others were.Bikes were available but yet ALL of them were non functioning. Kids were disappointed that they couldnt use them.Not able to get refund due to Covid restrictions. Not allowed to check in early. Bedroom at the top left of the stairs was a complete sauna! Only 2, yes only TWO, garbage bags were left in the house for kitchen can. Kitchen had good amount of pots and pans and utensils. Refrigerator took 24 hours to actually cool down and properly store food. Bunk room photo is misleading! Its actually in the master closet and the beds are toddler size! Our kids ended up sleeping on the floor and couches. Would consider staying again if things were improved. But due to Covid restrictions we spent a lot of time in the house and noticed lots of things that could be better!
