: Check in was quick, less than 5 minutes. The room was good, a bit of a walk to get to but no complains. It was located at a good spot. Checkout was quick and easy as well. Staff was lovely and easy to work with!
: No complains, the refrigerator looked like it had de-thawed recently so there was a bit of water on the inside, so we dried it off and had a relaxing night.

Good
Traveller Type: with friends
  : The place is quite.
: The bathroom floor has some left over hair on the floor.

  : Nice people - employees...Very nice.
  : Everything was OK.

Very Poor
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: . The only thing I like it had different places to eat around the area, close to the mall, public transportation.
: This hotel was a waste of my money. Towels were dirty, and the bedroom blankets and sheets were dirty. It does not look the pictures on line. The staff rude and nasty. I will not return and book at that hotel again.

Pleasant
Traveller Type: Business Traveler
  : Location was great
: Management was very rude and unprofessional

Poor
Traveller Type:
: Quick check in and check out.
: The room smelled like cigarettes even though I wanted no smoking. The walls looked as if they're about to come down on you. There was no lock in the door into the room. And I heard every sound from down on the street all night long.

Poor
Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
  : Bed was comfortable
: The neighbors were very noisy. When I booked on this app it said that the card I used wouldnt be charged that I would pay at the location but that was not true. That is false advertising. There was no plastic shower curtain and the towels were tiny.
