  : I liked where they were located, but going to check and my room wasn’t ready and no time given as to when it would be ready, made me and my family leave and cancel our stay.
  : I didn’t like that my room wasn’t ready when I went to check in and that the public bathrooms had ants in it.

  : Room was very dated and falling apart. Air conditioner/fan barely worked, there was a shelf built in that was coming off the wall so the screws were sticking out of the dry wall. Lights flickered on and off a lot. Overall was not happy with the room given that it cost $212 after tax.

  : You have put a request in the before for anything. Cleaning services is day before. Even to get some towels to your room had to be requested the day before. I requested towels early in the morning at 8am the male at the desk told me he’ll see what he can do since I didn’t request it yesterday. My checkout is at 12. So I just went to target and back just so I can shower before leaving. But guess what? Soon as I’m walking to my door leaving at 11:55am is when they decided to finally bring my towel. Like seriously!!!!! 5 min Before checkout is wild. I saw cleaning service right now door to my room. I told her can she clean since I’m leaving now to go out. She said okay I made sure to tell the lady at the front too and she said okay. I come back at night and guess what??? My room is still the same. It’s when I go to the guy at the front desk he tells me I need to request it the day before. That’s there policy. I’m like wow and why you never mentioned this when checking in. Everything could’ve been avoided the day before when I ask the cleaning lady to clean my room. But nope she didn’t and that led me to having a bad check out the next day. Everyone there just sit on the job on the phone and eating food somewhere

  : The room was comfortable and price was reasonable as compared to other hotels. The TV cable was not working consistently -- I did not call the front desk to complain(I was too tired) but I informed the front desk in the morning. And Loved the Kuerig but stupid me I did not figure out that the shelf it was anchored in pulled out -- the front desk educated me in the morning about this pull out drawer. AND THE BAG of BREAKFAST TO GO was a surprise and DELICIOUS . THANK-YOU.

  : Has seen better days. In our room, the water was only lukewarm at 7am, the hairdryer didn’t work and the coffee maker didn’t work. We were charged for parking because they lease parking spaces - though there was plenty of open spaces it seemed. It seems in this case it would be such a small thing to have free parking.
