Disappointing

: Bugs in the bathroom and bed!! Coffee machine was broken. Can't get in touch fast with reception ()need to call a phone#). This is a road motel..
: Asked for an extra pillow and the person didn't respond immediately preferring to clean-up the pool. I never got it!!

: I liked that the check in process was very fast and I had no complications through the booking.com site. The location was excellent and gave me 2 paths to get to the beach and was close to a grocery store and had a mini fridge inside.
: I think the wall mounted AC unit wasn't powerful enough for the room, I had to set it about 7 degrees lower to get the temperature that I wanted in order to sleep comfortably (granted it was a heat index of over 100 degrees each day). The other peculiar thing was there was no actual cold water in the room; not in the kitchenette sink, bathroom sink, or even in the shower. The coldest water was room temperature at best. Lighting was a bit dim, definitely not any good for girls who need to do their makeup.

: The room was cute and comfortable. Extremely clean.
: The parking lot was a little tight but no other issues.

Poor

  : NOTHING
: The room was poorly furnished, no clean towels/washcloths/soap after first day, bathroom was not cleaned daily and the trash was not taken out daily. Also when we drove up to park in front of our unit, three men were sitting in front of our unit drinking beer. They were in the room next to ours. Why would anyone assign a room to two elderly women next to a room of men who sit out in front of both units drinking. The Manager's office stayed locked, you had to either call or ring a bell to get him to come to the door. The note on the door said they were on the premises which was all the time--never in the office. I have never stayed at a place where the manager or staff were never there.
