: Location, comfort and breakfast.
: #1 Check in and out clerk told wife credit card was denied when the bill had been pre-paid weeks in advance. . Same clerk required a 2nd payment at check-out and refused to provide a printed receipt. We love using Hampton and have stayed at this location a few times before. This was weird. After several weeks of inquiry, finally the clerk who answered the phone at this Hampton seen what happened on her computer and promptly issued use a credit for the double charge with professional courtesy. #2. No wash rags in the room. #3. poor flushing toilet.

: The place was clean and convenient to the family reunion. Breakfast was good. the staff was nice.
: Made reservations for king room. Once I arrived, I was told I was in a double double and couldn't change it. And I was still charged the same price for a king room. Beds were as hard as rocks.

: This hotel needs an update. Old carpet everywhere. Stains on the furniture. Couldn't drink the water, but that was not the hotel's fault, although one of the staff told us it was ok to drink. Bottled water was brought in.
