Please note that this property requires identification from all adult guests staying beforehand. Lovely 3/2 at the Yacht Club in Aventura will send a short-term lease agreement to be signed electronically in order to allow guests to enter the condominium.
Upon arrival, a parking decal and access cards will be ready for retrieval at the association office (1 decal and 2 access cards will be provided).

If arrival time falls outside of business hours, inform property accordingly as to guarantee entrance. Thank you.
