  : The hotel was very spacious and cool, definitely a good vibe and decor. But that is exactly where the good part ENDED.
  : When I got to the hotel, the room I paid for and spent extra money on, a " Deluxe Corner Queen Room with Two Queen Beds 17 % TAX is included. US$ 4.92 government tax per night is included." They sent us to a small room with ONE king-size bed. 3 grown adult women to a room with one bed and didn't even bother to tell us. So when we get up there, we see, go back down, and tell them at the hotel desk. And they say they can bring us a rolling bed in. GREAT! but that took an extra hour, and they didn't bring any pillows. So when we called down to ask if we could have a fan because even set to the lowest we could get it, the room stayed unreasonably hot, and we also needed pillows for the cot bed thing. Then, they brought pillows, but I was informed "I had to come down there for a fan." I didn't have much time to plan my trip this time, because I found out Monday that Saturday was my best friends graduation, And that I wouldnt have to work.. I got the days mixed up, so I picked a nice hotel and paid EXTRA to upgrade the room for extra space and comfort for a celebration! My best friend got her BACHELORS DEGREE AND HAD TO SLEEP ON a COT. The Ac barely worked, The fans I had to go down and retrieve for myself didn't help with How hot it was because there was only one working electric socket in the whole room, and it was by the TV way away from any of the beds. The WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel, and then the audacity they have to charge 52 dollars for parking even though I STAYED IN THEIR HOTEL. Terrible.
