  : Breakfast was poor, waffle maker was brokeThe room had no remote control to television told clerk she found 1 went to room to turn on television and it was broke the screen of the television was shattered took pic went right back down stairs to clerk showed pic made her aware and she stated there was nothing she could do I asked if she could just switch out television from another room and she stated some rooms didn’t have tv’s or ac units she was sorry and making a note in system for a full refund because she can’t assistThe ice maker machine on the floor didn’t work there was no do not disturb signs the clerk typed up a piece of paper with tape for me to put on door. I’ve stayed at a home2 suite prior and this experience was nothing like previous smh I came on vacation with my 3 kids for spring break and this was by far my worst experience with Hilton I am a Hilton member and stay with the company very often but after this stay I am not pleasedThe clerk was very nice even though it wasn’t her faultThis location definitely gotta step it upOnly 1 elevator worked the other was broke

  : Friendly and accommodating staff. Expectations were met. Rooms were very organized. Shower was outstanding. Bed was comfortable.Kitchen is a great plus.
  : Breakfast was dry and warm by the time I got to eat. Coffee was watery sometimes. Walls were often thin and I could hear the room over and the room above.

  : Bed was comfortable,some staff went out of their way to make sure you were taken care of. Location was excellent,many shops and restaurants were in the area.
  : Housekeeping wasn't very good at cleaning common areas,rooms. Thermostats weren't working in many of the rooms. Breakfast wasn't ready at scheduled time.

  : The staff was super nice! I did get an upgrade because the were overbooked! Lucky I came in when I did otherwise I would of lost my reservation. The new own said he is trying to get the place in order. So it might be a hotel I might try again later down the road!
  : Breakfast was beyond horrible!!! Barely anything to eat and there was barely a variety of food!! It didnt matter what time of the morning you went to get food there was barely any!!!Staff was to lazy to clean in the main lobby or put up signs STATING the pool was out of order!! We used the pool not knowing!! Didnt tell us at check in nothing. Said something when we walked out and I flipped on his lazy fanny!!! Staff is too busy playing around than cleaning something! That place needs inside and outside cleaning BAD!!!Room was clean expect my bedding and towels!! Stains everywhere and they didnt even have enough towels for a room.
