  : Location was fantastic, but that was about the only positive.
  : The cleaning fees are absurd. Hosts in the area should be ashamed of themselves. I paid $10 more to have an entire house cleaned from wall to wall, floor to ceiling when I moved out of it. The Lodge doesn't charge a cleaning fee and it's right across the street. We have a long, long history of leaving our rentals spotless (so much so that many air-bnb hosts have commented on it) so it was just a slap in the face to have to pay $140 in cleaning fees. The futons in the living room are the most uncomfortable device I have ever slept on, to the point that I literally opted to sleep on the floor instead (I had my son sleep in the bedroom). And while in no way the responsibility of the host, the Dish TV system was spotty at best. I wouldn't stay here again and I would probably encourage friends to look elsewhere for lodging.

  : Foul odor, food in sink with dirty dishes, food on floor as well as dirty towels in hamper, dishwasher leaked water everywhere. No evaluation by maintenance until the next day despite water everywhere on wood floors in kitchen.

  : The location was good and the space was good for the two of us.
  : The mattress on the bed was horrible! There was no way you could get comfortable. No one will ever stay there again if you don't get a new one! Our backs hurt so bad that we left two days early! You need to put more lights in the condo, it was dark in the living room and bedroom.
