  : Clean, comfortable and great location. They have a pool and a free parking lot.
  : Breakfast isn’t free, they have a restaurant that you can order from. Key cards will lock you out 20 minutes before check out so you won’t be able to use side doors.

  : The location is tough to beat for ISU.
  : The front desk was extremely rude when we called from our room we just checked into. We found the room had large red stains on the carpet, brown stains on the pullout, the blanket for the pull out was ripped so badly it was useless, the sheets for the pullout stained with unknown matter, the floor tiles in the bathroom broken, the windows were covered in dead bugs, the refrigerator door clearly had water damaged so warped and cracked and wouldn’t close, light bulb in one lamp were burned out and the closet door so rusted wouldn’t open. The mattresses were so old when you sat down they went down to the ground. Very surprised at how run down this hotel has become on the inside. The prices for a room go up to the high 200s low 300s for ISU events and that is just ludicrous for what you get. I’ll be driving 45 minutes away instead to get more affordable rate and more comfortable stay.

  : Location was good. All the amenities were fine.
  : Considering that breakfast wasn’t free (kind of expensive for breakfast), the quality was subpar. It was still good but really lacking in substance and presentation. The beds were not comfortable.
