  : Nice room at a great price...we chose an unrenovated room to allow us to check in early...nice room...not brand new but still nice...staff is great...hotel has changed owners and didn't have our reservation but got us a room and a great deal anyway...will be amazing when Reno is finished

  : 4 weeks on , and still haven't recieved our deposit back, after them saying it will be with me in a few days.They're not responding to any messages either.No sockets worked, very little light in the room. TV didn't work

  : The rooms are very comfy and nice and clean...
  : The cable and wifi arent in service and they want to charge deposit for no service with wifi or cable and the pools out ... So why am I getting charged deposit!?

  : Wilted 20 min for staff to show up at the front desk.Dirty clothing in my room. Carpet coming up, dirty, bathroom unfinished….

  : Advertised as continental breakfast, pool. Jacuzzi. None available. They first put us in a single bed room when we booked a double. Elevators do not work. Half the electrical sockets did not work so no fridge, phone to call front desk, microwave or TV. The coffee maker didn't work and they had to bring us another one. No fire alarm and there was fingernail polish and brown stuff smeared all over walls and one of the chairs. No snacks as advertised as well snack area was completely empty. Mold in trash can and trash in drawers.

  : I dint like anything . We had 2 month reservation and when we arrived we were told we had non and they are sold out .hotel parking lot was empty
  : Over all we felt we were being swindled all the way . I have called at 8 pm to confirm my reservation for the day since we booked it mo th and half ago and had my confirmation.i let them know we are coming late and mentioned what time exactly.receptionist ( blond with tattos) told they are expecting us. We arrived at 1 am and we were told she has no reservation and she is booked.parking lot was 10% full.she said she can try to get us private airbnb, I asked if they are legit online that I'm gonna check on web,after that no airbnb.receptionist said they can not do anything for me that they are new company,so don't 3xpect booking to be honored. We had find hotel our self at 2 am !! We do have recites for that, also I wanted business card of the " new hitel" ,they had non. Info of manager was written by hand.just lies all the way. Do not stay in this place,something fishy is going on.there is no sign for hotel at all too. If I will find out I'm charged for the night I'll raise he'll!!

  : So I got bumped to another hotel and was told the other hotel would not charge me because they did not allow dogs.. well I traveled with a dog which 2as clearly mentioned. However I got freaking charged and can't get the money back
