  : I all in all it was beyond horrible! As soon as we opened the door of the room a very strong stench odor of animal and human defacation was in the air. It was disgusting and even scared to sit on bed due to possible bed bugs. Did an about face and left immediately.

  : The hotel has several transient people living on the sidewalk next to the hotel. Ac didn't work well. The shower didn't drain. Went to check out in the morning, and they charged my card. After we told the front desk the night before, we would be paying cash. When we did check out, Clara at the front desk said she would reverse the credit card charge since we would be paying cash. Paid the cash and got a receipt from Clara. It has been almost a month, and there is no refund. I have called several times to get this resolved, and there is no return call. Even made a trip back up to Albuq to the hotel, and they said they would look into it. Cause they said there is no deposit. They took a copy of the receipt. They have cameras but did not offer to look back and see what happened. So Clara or someone at the front desk pocketed the funds.
