  : There is nothing to like on this property, not even guest services. We had issues with housekeeping. We left one day at 2 PM when we got back about 10:30 PM. The room had not been clean. Therefore I had to go back to front desk to get them to come in and clean the room, there was a freezer in the refrigerator standup freezer. The curves were down in that bedroom. My Husband had to put them up because the manager never did come back. We had issues with the bathroom. There was no bathroom mat for floor when you get in the tub, the tub is very slippery. They only have one bar to get in the tub, but the pressure of water was not great at all. There were rusty stains in the tub each time you go to the bathroom you’re about to do a split just to use the bathroom because they don’t have any kind of thing to put down on the floor to keep it from sliding, a suite they’re gonna tell me that that they upgraded me to a suite I told me upgrade suite this is a suite I hate to see your other room so on the other side with the standup freezing the mirror on the closet you able to open the clothes because of the tracking trash everywhere is not they clean and I asked them to clean the bathroom. She cleaned the bathroom and did ask me. Do I want her to clean the sink? The sink is part of bathroom. We were unable to go to any other hotels due to the fact they were all booked out ready to check out. I asked for receipt. The lady told me I cannot have the receipt because it was done through a third-party. Sunny told me they can’t give me a receipt now all of a sudden she goes to the printer has the receipt I said why did you tell me that you couldn’t give me the receipt but it’s in your hand there was no response. Husband went down for a complementary breakfast, but he was told that it’s $9.99.
