Americas Best Value Inn - Addison/Dallas

: You get what you pay for here. I wasn't expecting much and that's what I got. You get a room, with a bathroom, the AC worked, some channels on the tv worked. Shower leaked water EVERYWHERE and took 10 minutes for the water to warm up.
: The staff don't care about you or anything. I think they own the hotel and are just there to collect your money. Didn't have housekeeping come by once in the 7 nights I stayed. Shower leaked everywhere. Light pouring in from the door jam and wind sill.

Poor

: Staff was rude, waited 30 mins at check in because Staff said I had not paid tried to charge me after I paid online. The first room that was provided recked of smoke/mildew. The second room was not swept I had to ask staff for a broom, linen turned inside
